Frontend Engineer

Engineering

You own the web product experience for Platonic, from dense workflow dashboards to polished review interfaces. We are looking for someone who can combine frontend engineering with strong UI, UX, and design taste.

What you will do

  • Build responsive product surfaces in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Design clear interfaces for workflow review, process maps, activity timelines, and reports.
  • Work closely with engineering and users to turn complex operational data into usable screens.

Good fit if you have

  • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Good visual judgment and experience designing production UI, not only implementing mocks.
  • Comfort iterating quickly on early product requirements and customer feedback.

Data scientist - Task Mining

Data / AI

You Own the layer between raw desktop data and what the customer actually sees. You Understand how to turn noisy UI event streams into process structure and which patterns are worth surfacing as business insights. Distinguishing skill is judgment, not modeling. This role is closer to data science and data engineering, with AI used as a practical tool inside the pipeline.

What you will do

  • Get your hands dirty with a lot of data: dig through real sessions, find the patterns, and improve the pipelines that clean, enrich, segment, and aggregate workflow data — an open-ended problem with no textbook answer.
  • Develop sharp instincts for clients' business needs, and turn their feedback into product changes, whether that's new features or rethinking existing ones so they land better.

Good fit if you

  • Are drawn to open-ended problems and propose improvements before anyone asks.
  • Have built projects with LLMs, including using them to process data at scale.
  • Are at home in a codebase: you move quickly without leaving a mess, and you use git properly — clear commits, clean branches, reviewable changes.

Go-to-Market Lead

GTM

You will bring Platonic from less than 10 enterprise customers to being in 50% of the Fortune 500.

What you will do

  • You will own every step along the way, from exploring new verticals, refine the ICP, to building the GTM engine to scale, working closely with the CEO.
  • Turn customer feedback into clear notes for product, messaging, and sales strategy.

Good fit if you have

    At least one of the following:
  • Experience in sales, growth, customer discovery, or early go-to-market work.
  • A warrior spirit: nobody can explain how you create and cultivate so many leads, and you enjoy the grind in doing it.
  • When you meet a customer, you do not pitch: you listen. End even if they do not buy, they still enjoy their genuine interaction with you.
  • You understand the dynamics of selling enterprise software to improve company processes

Operations Lead

Operations

You will multiply the time of the CEO by handling all the operational and administrative work that is necessary to run a fast-growing startup.

What you will do

  • Compliance, legal, finance, hiring, and other operational functions.

Good fit if you

  • Are a precise, organized and practical person, who cares about the details and is willing to put the work to make things perfect
  • Have experience in operations, Ideally at a startup or a fast moving environment
  • Do not get scared by a task that is outside your comfort zone: you are willing to learn and take on new challenges, and you learn quickly.
  • Do not get how people can complain about "operations" work: you enjoy making things run smoothly and helping others be more effective.
